I was originally looking into water kefir and thinking about (young) coconut kefir...Coconut water being such a great healer and a perfect 'food'. Thinking this would be a good reason to go to Mexico and visit my mother. I could do a cleansing semi-fast--lately I just crave more and more simple food, and less of it. The other day, turnip rawvioli--even though it's thirty below here! Pu-erh tea, if you haven't tried it, is delicious., and very gentle on the sytem.
And this tea is similar--worth a look, don't you think?
PS Amazon sells it for 15.00 and these people have it at 10.00. Personally, I'd try to find it in Chinatown.
