Many people may have heard of the Bone Disease called osteoporosis, where as the Bones become Weak and Diseased and may then break easily ?
And many people may have heard that you may need Calcium for strong Bones ?
But, there is more to it than just Calcium !
For Calcium by it's self does not make Strong Bones !
That is Correct, Calcium by it's self does "NOT" make Strong Bones !
