I'm here at the Himalyan Institute. It is beautiful. Struggling a little with diet, however, It is vegaterian, but not organic, and I'm binding up a bit with all the beans. I didn't bring my vita mix, and it's not as raw or green as I've been eating. I have a lot of gas, and doing yoga twice a day....oh my.
Other than that, I'm tickled to be here. It is peaceful, and everyone is trying to be 'mindful'. There is much to learn, and even more to just "be". It will be a wonderful experience. There are "mirrors" figuratively, everywhere.
Any suggestions? I didn't bring my green drink, but I have chloraphyll.....spirilina....the fruits available are mostly apples and grapes, not organic. There is a health food store, so I could go buy....sigh....or I could do a couple days of just the moreless drink with blackstap, kelp, lemon...celtic salt....I have that much with me, but haven't done it.
I'm not focusing on the 'thorn' I hope. Just trying to take care of the body business so I can focus on the spiritual and soul stuff.
with love,
