A plant OIL has little room to absorb much of anything else unless warmed up and given 2 weeks to do so. I see zero reason why anyone would want to swish olive oil in their mouth, especially knowing the odds are they are using refinded motor oil, mixed with poor olive oil in the first place, the idea of the method seems gross to me, I have zero interest in it, too many other things to try.

You should at least experiment.
I used to swish, minutes later my entire head was clear of any fruit pulp, bananas, raisins, etc... How it gets in there?
Now I am all liquids I have no problem.
It truly is a great practice for beginners.
I use organic olive oil 20 minutes.

This is a reply to # 826,877Many months ago I tried it for 3 days then stopped because I thought it was stupid to sit there for 15 minutes each day and swish oil around in my mouth.
I'd rather do MH's method of Sitz bath or go sun gaze or walk barefoot on cold grass. Those are more in line with nature than oil swishing.- Re: Your thoughts on oil pulling trapper/kcmo

unless your diet is perfect(as zach so astutely pointed out), there is benefit from oil pulling. and who says holding oil in your mouth is against nature? its just food, isnt it?- Re: Your thoughts on oil pulling minihaha

This is a reply to # 827,334I'm sure oil pulling does have some astounding effects for people. Before I did my three day trial of oil swishing, I read the oil swishing forum and the people there are really into it and many had great testimonies.
I just didn't like it when I tried it. I find sitzing and sun gazing far more enjoyable and there are so many other things I want to try, so not being into oil swishing is fine with me.
Maybe at a later date I'll find it more appealing. But for now, it isn't.

Thanks for your input everyone. its done me good.
I dont know how the gunk gets in there but those on the OP knows my skin and teeth are blinding....... but then there is the old scar issue which im ok im sure it gets worse before it gets better.
