I was wondering if there was a food combining forum? There isn't one in the list under "F", but sometimes forums begin with a different letter, or there is some expert who specializes in these things.
If not, does anyone know a good, detailed book on the subject? Like one that lists specific foods. For example, are tomatoes considered an acid fruit, so they can be eaten with proteins, or should they be eaten with starches? What about putting raw agave nectar in unsweetened, organic yogurt - is that improper food combining? If so, what can be added to the yogurt to make it edible and also properly combined? This is the level of detail for which I am seeking.
I have recently been reading some literature which seems to imply that food combining is of more importance than I have been giving it credit. I think it may be the missing link in my health quest.
