I post regularily on the intestinal
parasites forum. I am completely independant of any institutionally associated entities. You could say I am a very serious hobbiest. I also do elaborate dental work [underground] but that is another story.
I do my research and study microbiology, cell biology and immunology on my own.
I can say that I am really good with the microscope, and know my way around.
After studying many varieties of yeasts for hours under the microscope, and taking pictures and video recordings, I can now identify them from fresh sample mounts. I can also tell the difference between c. albicans {hypheal} and S. aureus.
I can also distinguish most immune-cells [even clonal t-cell specificities to some extent].
I will try and post my pics of the "normal" c. albicans which is in me. If I cannot figure this out, I will have to e-mail someone the pic and have them do it.
My lastest theory regarding how this yeast manifests in healthy people is quite simple. Previous
Antibiotic treatment caused a common bacteria to become aggresive, it poisoned the lactic acid producing bacilli, this changes the ph environment. Once this happens,
parasites and c. albicans start to increase in population and produce immuno-inhibitory molecules. These plus the toxins cause 2 conditions 1] toxic over-load which ramps-up and taxes the immune-system, and 2] antigen selective immuno-deficiency. This means the condition only worsens with time as the body becomes more and more exposed to opportunistic pathogens with the "free ticket" antigens.
On the plus side, you are more likely to avoid nasty viruses, since the immune-system has become hyper responsive to everything else. Shroom
