Hi
They told me when I was in my early 20's (I am now 64) that my galbladder was bad. I never did anything about it untill I started
Liver Flushing a couple years ago. My first few flushes brought no results except to help clean my colon, which is a good thing. Then I started taking Coptis and Chinees Bitters for a couple weeks and did another flush. These concoctions helped to break the congestion I had in my liver. Since then I get alot of gunk out of my body. It is ALL better out than in. The cleaner your liver gets, the healthier you will be. Don't worry about stuck stones. It doesn't happen to everyone. If you feel a discomfort in your intestines, drink a dose of
Epsom Salts . That should flush it out.
Also change your diet if you are eating a SAD diet. That will make a big difference as well. Go raw for awhile, raw veggies and fruit. Drink lots of apple juice to help break up stones. Get a juicer and juice veggies and fruit as well.
This is a process that requires a little patience. Your liver and gallbladder did not get congested over night. It took years. It will take time to clean it. You will see results, it might not be this flush, but you WILL see results over time.
Hope this helps a little.
