Hello - Wait 90 days before you do any other parasite cleansing. You don't want to create resistant parasites. The Co Q 10 treatment is supposed to be for tapeworm removal, but I don't know a lot about it. I would suggest doing it a week or so before doing any other parasite cleanse because it is a short treatment and only targets the one species.

If you are passsing small white worms - 1/4 inch long - those are pinworms.
1/2 long or longer white worms are ascaris
worms that are thinner than a piece of thin spaghetti are threadworms
kidney shaped things that are fat on one end and come to a point on the other end are flukes
flat pieces are tapeworm segments
small white "balls" that look like small seeds in your stool are liver fluke larvae
