Which is, how much of your diet is grains and or fruit?
It sounds like your metabolic type can’t handle one or both.
Your Doctor was also clueless as to the potency of herbal teas.
Can they cause a case of high blood pressure? Hell yes.
Was that the case here? Maybe not.
Weight increase will trigger high blood pressure at some point.
Can detox teas screw liver tests? Oh yeah.
That’s why they’re called DETOX teas.
The incidence of an asthma attack indicates a congested gallbladder and or liver.
So what was that? Oh yeah.
1. Get another Doctor.
2. Terminate all grains for 6 months.
3. Limit fruit and
Sugar veggies such as carrots.
4. Take a resource drink such as the moreless concoction. You’ll need to determine if you want to include the lime or not.
5. Do the detox baths.
6. Flush every two weeks if possible.
7. Consider the oil pull.
8. Consider your type, you may need extra protein to regulate your blood sugar. Organic free range poached or raw eggs.
9. Learn to meditate. At least 15 minutes twice a day.
That’s my take and I’m sticking to it.

To be called regular you must have at least one BM a day.
That would need to be taken care of first.
