That is the beginning of a long and sometimes wacky discussion from earlier today, but one that contains a lot of information on treating fungal infections.

My experience is that it is a multi-faceted effort.

Others will have more to say, but I think everyone will agree that oil pulling will be helpful in your effort. Maybe add some oil of oregano.

You might also re-post at the top of this page for more attention. That was a long discussion today, come to think of it!

ok, we are getting somewhere.

the Water Cure consists of water and salt. the salt is a must. please, read up on it. there is a forum here. the doctor who devised this protocol devoted his life to it. use only distilled water from now on. use only deep mined ancient sea bed salt like redmonds realsalt or pink hymalayan salt. nothing else will do.

if you are impatient, just take a big lick of salt and down it with a big glass of water. dont worry if you get too much salt - it will flush right out(do not go far from a toilet. do not break wind - instead go immediately to the toilet). dont worry, youll know right away and it wont harm you. that would be a salt water flush, which i also recommend.

double the amount of salt in the flush recipe.

the sitz bath is an excellent way to increase your tolerence for hot and cold. anything that increases circulation will. you are talking to the cold-phobe king. i now walk around in the snow barefooted and sit on ice naked and dip in my lake in winter. i tell you, it works. and it moves lymph.

you need to eat coconut oil and kelp. your thyroid will love you for it.
