I am not real familiar with this symptom. But lately my ears have been ringing. This is not by any means a constant ringing. I am fine most of the time. But then all of sudden a ringing noise occurs in one ear. Back in December this was really bad, the ringing was very loud and sudden. So loud in fact that if I was talking I would have stop because I could not think straight. This was so bothersome that it would knock me off balance and make feel dizzy from the loudness. It would last only a few seconds, but might happen a few times a day, In either ear. Around this same time I noticed a burning sensation in my ear canal not always with the ringing, but of course we all know there is no point in seeking the advice of Dr. for this b/c they will not find anything. After a month or so of this is sort of just subsdied without me really noticing. Now today it is back , only now it keeps happening. Already today about a dozen times in alternating ears. It is not loud and I probably would not even notice it if I was preoccupied. But it keeps switching ears.
Now what I have found out is that B5 can help this. The belief is that b5 can help settle down the hyperactive nerve endings. Also, When I was a kid a dr recommended putting hydrogen peroxide in the ear on a cotton swap , leave it fizz up to dry up fluid in the ears. I am also going to try a trick I read in a home remedies book using the blow dryer and holding about 16
inches away and let the air blow into your ear to dry up fluid.
Right now I feel this weird pressure in my ears. This all seems to be very bothersome if I have not had enough water to rink. which makes me think it is toxins from candida.
Thoughts?
