Maybe a spoonful of molasses will help you control the hunger. Plus drink even more lemonade and water. If you like drink a cup of herbal tea as well that way you can trick your stomach into thinking that it's getting food, and it's a nice change from the lemonade.
I'm on my first cleanse and I'm doing it on molasses and not syrup. The lemonade with molasses really fills me up (with 4 cups Iím full for about 3 hours), and I think this is due to the amount of nutrients and vitamins that the molasses has. Maybe you can consider drinking a couple of lemonades with molasses a day, but I do have to recognize that itís not a tasty drink!
