If I may, R.G....
From the wisdom of a first-timer...
Mine ended December 15th...except that it didn't.
Nearly a month later, after a mistake with the 'in-betweens', I am still experiencing changes.
The beauty of it is that there ARE changes!
I, too, have one nasty resistant parasite, maybe two...and a liver/gallbladder that began to clear before and after the Humaworm cleanse...but not during.
Even then, improvements are slow, and not spectacular.
I agree with R.G. that we need more water, more water, more water...but, for the life of me, I can't figure out why my body has so much difficulty drinking more.
I have taken to warm/hot water, especially first thing in the morning, and I seem to do much better with that. Still, I guess I need to do more reading on drinking, to find out why I am resistant, beyond a certain point.
Monique, everyone, I am with you.
This is the most adventurous experience with 'getting well' I have ever had. Full of surprises...but I wouldn't trade it for the world.
Yes, things seem to get worse, at times, but, underneath it, I know I am getting better...I can feel it.
Maybe it's just that we have come to expect the 'magic bullet' healing talked about on TV. In reality, cleansing IS a 'magic bullet'...we just didn't know that 'magic bullets' move very slowly, cautiously.
Maybe we should write our experiences and feelings in a little journal, day by day.
Later, for sure, it would make delightful reading as we realize just how far we have come!
My best,
Fledgling
P.S. I know there are years beyond this, when I won't have to think about and focus on 'healing' all the time. I put myself to sleep at night thinking about this happy time to come.
