I used ozonated water in my enema yesterday and after a couple of hours saw what looked liked parasites in my stool. They were anywhere from 6 inches to 1.5 feet long. They were opague with a black line running along the inside. Will continue with 03 enemas twice per week and the day after a liver cleanse.
Anyone else out there doing 03 enemas? Thanks in advance for your post.

I will be buying an ozonator soon and the enema sounds great!
But once I was stupid and did a apple cider vinegar enema and hurt my colon so bad, so now I am careful with what I put inside the enema.
Did you feel any pain or burning after that enema?

Absolutely no pain at all. In fact, I felt energized. It's good, believe me! I also drink ozonated water too.
I use Dr. Katz's machine and it's not too expensive.

This is a reply to # 804,205I put filtered water in a large bowl and add the ozonator for about 1-15 minutes. I wait 5 minutes then add the water to the enema bag. I take the enema then lie down on my left side for about 15 minutes. Then release.

This is a reply to # 806,498I use the regular enema bag with a nozzle for enemas and douching. I seriously doubt if ozone will cause the bag to disintegrate, but I could be wrong.
