I've been doing the coffee enemas for awhile. I think I was using too much water at a time because I could never hold it longer than 10 minutes. But then I read that it takes 20 minutes for the liver to absorb the coffee. (I didn't even know it was supposed to.) So I put less water, held it in for 20 minutes, then went to the toilet to expel it expecting to see the same coffee coloured water. Lo and behold, some water came out and a small amount of feces but the water in the bowl was Crystal C.. Not a hint of coffee colour. Is this the correct way to go?
