First you are overdoing yourself in water. YOu do not need that much water. You should drink a few small glasses and then drink as thirst dictates. Too much water not only dilutes/flushes important electrolytes out of your system like potassium, sodium etc but also overworks your kidneys and could be causing these headaches. Cut down on your water and write me back about what happened. Also, what exactly are you eating. You said 80% organic but you may not be eating a balanced diet. You can still find empty (non-nutritive) calorie organic food these days.
