I ate like a warrior today and tonight I have a little heart burn. Im not sure if its the kind of food that I ate or just the quantity of food that I ate but it was all healthy. Here is what I had= an organic salad, 2 chicken sandwhiches with grilled peppers and onions and garlic all organic on whole wheat and flax bread, organic french fries, a bowl of organic multigrain cereal flakes with rice milk, 2 peices of stone ground wheat bread with coconut oil and raspberry jam.
This is not a crazy amount of food for me because i have always eaten alot but for some reason it gave me a little heartburn.
Any suggestions?
I took a little apple cider vinegar but it didnt really help that much.
