I am doing salt water enemas (sea salt) and taking in an entire bag......I can hold for a few minutes before release...my question is this...the water is always VERY dirty which tells me that I am cleaning my colon...but it also makes me feel as though I should do another enema and I want to know if you are supposed to just keep continuing until the water released is somewhat clear? And does it EVER run clear? I feel like I am doing a good job at removing waste because it is clearly coming out...but when is enough, enough? I don't feel like I'll ever feel clean until I see some clear water released? Thanks for any help!!!!!

This is a reply to # 804,202I have wondered the same thing and have asked on the forum but never got any info. I am not inclined to do more than three 2 qt enemas....maybe it is necessary to do so. This is a reply to # 804,46237380......thank you for your response...perhaps someone will be able to answer for us! I think 3 enemas (2qt) is about my limit also because I start to get tired of it!!! If I thought the release would eventually be clear, I'd hang in there and do the necessary amount of enemas....I just don't know if that is healthy or even possible to get a clear release...I hope we get some answers from some of the others on the forum..thank you for responding, I'm glad I'm not alone!!!!!

Salt water solution is not too good for deep cleansing the bowels, which is what you are trying to do. For this purpose, I take a series enema of 4 to 6 quarts of soapsuds. This could entail taking as many as 5 or 6 enemas so that you take all of the 4 or more quarts. It is also essential that each subsequent enema is larger than the previous. When you are done with this, you should be pretty clean. You should end this series with 1 or more salt water enemas. You should run clear.

I like the idea of the Peppermint soap, that sounds refreshing.....I really would prefer NOT to use the soap, but I think on occassion, it will just be necessary for me.
