North Coast Man
Usually around 10:30am, I will have several oranges and a banana. If no banana then I will have several dates(good source of potassium). If those fruits aren't around then I will have several kiwi(hate peeling those dang thangs!) and apple. So I have about 2 or 3 servings or fruit.
Now I am not filling myself up, just several to get some good vitamins\minerals in me for the day. Drinking distilled water in between. In the afternoon some roasted nuts(pumpkin seed\sunflower seed\almonds - a handful or two) and then dinner around 6pm.
