Ah, a lavender bath. I fell asleep clutching my
lavender microwaveable bag so I can smell your
bath in my memory of that...ggg...
Absolutely, your detox is on many levels and your
*gut* feelings of butterflies is very likely those
old feelings of fear from the past coming up to the
surface to be released. So, much to think about in
a bath. A leisurely meditation, sometimes tears in
the tub, smiles and nurturing ones self. Then the
beauty of a detox bath is ~pulling the plug~ and
releasing it all.
I also think you are right on about the pimple under
your tongue. I used an anointing oil on my crown
chakra for a while, and when I did my fast, I got
a huge honker boil, right where I put that oil~!
Your testimony is appreciated and again highlights
the value of taking the time to do a longer cleanse.
A longer cleanse allows you time too to change
behaviors and look at relationships with food which
no longer serve you. Of course, the extended periods
of healing are phenomenal. You will end your cleanse
soon but the detox will most likely continue for a
while, and you will also notice as the first weeks
turn into a month that your body will shift around
and integrate the healing you have been doing. Its
another good reason to keep up the effort and continue
to support yourself and your body.
Keep up the great job~~
I wish you a ... Joyeux Noel~~!
blessings,
Zoe
