Can I take my vit C with MSM 30 min before the Humaworm, or should I take it 30 mins afterward? Im concerned that this may interfere with the herbs, or maybe not? I really want this to work! :)

Hello monique - Thank you for helping out around here! It is so kind of you to help encourage others.
I would suggest taking the MSM and C 2 hours after the HUMAWORM or 2 hours before. The HUMAWORM herbs need to get into the system first - then the sulpher and citric acid can come in to help too!
