Where are you at in your cleanse,
energetically, water-wise, lemonade
-wise, cayenne amount, SWF, lax tea??
Your funky white mucous is better out
than in and perhaps it is most likely
a momentary healing crisis. Have you
done any
parasite cleansing yet?
Drink more water if possible.
Enjoy a soak in a >>hot<< tub
with 2 cups of
Epsom Salts . Add
2 tablespoons of ginger if you
have the energy. This is a good
detox bath if you are heading
into a detox jag. The cayenne, in
substantial amounts can really do
a major job of loosening your
gunk in your intestines. Detour
said the added cayenne felt like
starting the cleanse all over.
Are you using anything else??
Many people use a tablespoon of
blackstrap molasses before excercising
so they have some extra energy.
Buy unsulphured molasses. :)
Most important, listen to your self
and your body and take *good* care
of you. Do not feel the need to
push unless you really need to.
This cleanse is very much about
allowing the body its healing time
without a schedule.
I admire you for going the distance.
Its nice to see others in the longer
cleanses since they have the potential
for great shifting and healing, on all
levels.
