Morning ES question

Fot my last two flushes, I have foregone the morning ES doeses, since I'm running to the bathroom until noon even without them. Am I doing myself harm? Do I need the morning ES doses to fully do a liver flush?
I used to think that we took them only to help us go to the bathroom, and the evening ES doses keep me going until noon anyways....
Please let me know what you think!

This is a reply to # 795,173You could experiment with the amounts. Instead of 1tbs (=3tsp) make it by the glass (dissolve with warm water first) and use 2 tsp at night. HC also says you could also just do 1 at night at 8 pm.
In this way you can do one in the morning too.
The evening one might be too much for you.
