I'm going to a regular dentist who has 'converted' to not putting mercury fillings in anymore, and is more than thrilled to remove my old filings (and I have a cavity). I like the dentist. He worked on me three hours last Thursday, and let me listen to music, let me put essential oils on during breaks, and thanked me for trying to keep my mouth open. HOWEVER....
There was something to catch the old fillings(a dam?), but he did drill and drill to make sure the old was out--and I was a bit concerned I had to breath that stuff in. So, help me out here. He is open to learning, and I can afford him and I like him, but should/could/would I be wise to cover my nose? I guess what I'm asking is what would it have been like in a office with a 'protocol' for removing mercury (I visited one office, but saw $ in their eyes). Also, the shots afterwards were horrendous. My poor check was in torment. Is there anyway to mitagate that? Please help.
And if I'm posting in the wrong place, someone feel free to cut and copy and post correctly. I've got 4 children concerned about my "soul" and I'm very late for Church. deep sigh. And so much to do.
Thank you in advance. I know I'll learn what I need to to be prepared better for Thursday's 'experience'.
The universe/world/people are good, helpful, kind, and generous--at least the ones that matter. I need to keep reminding myself that.
God bless us everyone (said tiny tim)
