Hey +Energy!
So great that you are going to do your first liver flush. You will be fine.
You wrote this:
"Clark says we should stand when taking the 3rd dose of
Epsom Salt and then immediately lie down on the bed. Does it matter if I'm standing or not when taking the first 2 doses at 6P and 8P?"
You could stand when taking your first
Epsom Salt doses at 6PM and 8PM. I think what you mean is when you begin taking the Olive Oil\Grapefruit mix (and mix it well!) is that you want to be sitting down on your bed. Then, drink the OO\GF mix(much better with a straw), and then lay down on your right side and relax.
Make sure that you are well hydrated starting in the afternoon, around 2pm, and up to 20 minutes BEFORE you take the OO\GF mix at 10pm.
What happened on my first flush was that I did NOT go to the bathroom until 3AM. So I had taken two
Epsom Salt doses and the OO\GF mix. When I did go, it was like when you have the flu and passing diarrhea. I really didn't sleep all that well and really didn't want too as I wanted to make sure I was ready to make bathroom runs (chuckling!). So when I took the third Epsom Salt dose at 6AM, around 1/2 later that is when all heck broke loose inside of me and I was making bathroom runs and passing green stones...and lots of them. Took the last ES dose at 8am and making runs every 25 minutes for the next several hours. You will know when you are done! It was around 2pm for me.
Then I had a ferocious taste for watermelon!!.YEEE-UMMMM!.. It was soooo good and actually found out that it was good to eat to replenish some minerals and hydrate me again.
Just remember to keep hydrated!!... so 9:40pm stop drinking water as you will be preparing yourself for the OO\GF mix at 10pm. After you drink your E Salt doses in the morning 6AM and 8AM, be sure to keep drinking water too. You need to keep hydrated as bathroom runs are DE-hydrating you!
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes. Oh yeah - one more thing, you can always check in here if you have any questions. Someone usually around 24/7 to answer questions.
