Well, no brain, no pain....then I've got a BRAIN....don't need to doubt THAT anymore. Now, if we can get and keep it working....
Doing Salt Water Flush right now. Lots of pain (did left side of mouth) in gums, neck, temple, ear, etc etc.
Need to look up detox bath, and soak my head (good idea?) but I've got to run back to potty. If any kind person sees this and can give link: I know its epson salt, baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, but don't know amounts, and what else--my head hurts just trying to think. And my sinus's feel blocked. Yes or no on netti pot?
Thanks everyone. I had about 5-7 shots at least(I did ask for the novacaine alternative, thanks guys) I listened to tapes, I deep breathed, but it was LONG and Hard and I stopped at a friends for two hours and then got ALLEVE at the drug store (I couldn't take the incredible pain). But now I want all the gunk OUT.
Gotta run (literally) (and I'm gonna do this next week? Oh, at least no rotten wisdom tooth. And man was it rotten. It felt like an electric shock pulling it(it had a filing) that's why I got the extra shots I think.

The SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) never gave me runs, but lots of black in toilet after bm.
Soaked for however long. Drank a cup of migrane tea, put on tea bag under arm pit,one in an unmentionable place, poured half of the tea in my hair because it didn't taste very good. Too strong? Did three GENTLE oil swishes and one gentle UT(with spitting gently out) Massaged about everywhere: twinges under left rib cage, big toe(of course) shins. Left ear, temple, left side of neck, better, but still hurting. Sinus's hurt(of course I inhaled some of the stuff--it was an alternative-like dentist, but not an office with an "official protocol". But he was compassonate, and not 'out for the money' like the city dentists. Not perfect, but I think I choose right. He even told me "You did good". But I do have to deal witht he fact I probably inhaled some of the filings. And I need to tell the dentist how to make cilantro pesto, eh?
Anyhow, stiff left shoulder blade and not sure what I want to eat/drink, but starting to get shakey.
Advice?

Do you take Vitamin C? It really helped when I had my fillings out and I even had a vit C IV with each session.
If you have some I would keep up with large (whatever that is for you) doses for the next couple of days. ( I take 2-6 grams a day, so I took 2 grams several times a day.
Also Glutathione supports the liver which has to detox everything. I was told to take 500mg every couple of hours as needed.
Take care, be good to yourself, stay away from stress and just take it easy,

This is a reply to # 792,518STAY AWAY FROM STRESS--oh my, I wish my curezone mailbox was working. If I'd read that Saturday morning I would have left home. All my family can give me IS stress. I've had the hellish week of my life.
But thanks so for the advice--I will bump up the vitamin C, and maybe check and see how much a iv vitamin thing would cost. Could you PLEASE tell me more? I go to my alternative doctor on Tuesday, but without insurance covering it. I know his office does vitamin injections....
And so I'll do the blackstrap molasses, and such until then.....
Can anyone tell me why I'm getting ALL the curezone listings.....for a while I wasn't getting ANY notice that I'd gotten a message and now I'm getting ALL "ask curezone" (filling up my mailbox)

Well I'm glad the advice gave you a chuckle-it's good for that at least!
I got a 10 gram Vit C IV that took 1-2 hours I think. It really made a difference in that I had lots of energy that day. I was told that 10 grams is the "standard" for alternative medicine for a Vit C IV.
I had an IV each of the four times I had mercury removed and thought it really helped. I think it cost about $50.00 but thinking back it may have been more. I scheduled my dental work on the day I could get my IV. So I went to the dentist and then pretty straight to the alternative doctor for my IV. I believe I also had glutathione in the mix too since it's good for detoxing. I had a backup plan to get a ride to the Vit C IV if I didn't feel well enough to drive.
Realize that since this is alternative medicine if you feel "funny" they can slow the drip line down. I just let them set it up as they thought best. They know I am sensitive. I asked if I should have more and they thought that 10 grams was enough. I was told that if I had cancer or a severe problem they might go as high as 30 grams a day. I have since gone in for a vit c drip when coming down with a bad illness (the cold from hell) and it kicked it pretty much the same day.
The only other advice I have is not to have your next dental visit if you are not feeling back to the point you were at before the first filling replacement.
