No! No!... please don't get discouraged! It's all a matter of preference for each. There are different alternatives to use with the same results.
It's really hard to describe the taste of
Epsom Salts . I guess the best way I can describe it is like an aspirin taste... and I'm not talkin' about St Joseph's Brand Orange Delight either!! (chuckling!) It just has a distinct taste. I personally don't like it so I, and Concerned Aunt, and I'm sure a few others, make
Epsom Salt capsules. Before I EVER tried doing a
Liver Flush I made a few "ES Cocktails" by trying it with Apple Juice, Grape Fruit Juice and even water. I did two already with water but I still don't like it as now I make the capsules. So I would suggest just taking an 8oz glass of water and putting some
Epsom Salt (1/2 teaspoon?) in it and see if you can tolerate the taste.
Also, you can try what Hanna has suggested and mask the taste with using juices and adding Stevia. Now I haven't tried adding stevia so this will be another experiment that I need to try. Trader Joe's sells a container of it for around $5.99 so I will try it next time. Now I don't mind the olive oil\grapefruit mix but I know that it bothers some people so again, it's all different for everybody. There are different types of flushes that you could do too besides the Hilda Clark one. There is even a Classic Coke Flush!
Okay! So please don't get discouraged. You should feel a difference once you go through a liver flush. And don't forget to let us know your results! Oh yeah - one more thing - if you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask.
