Christ Mind--Buddha Body: Alternative Self Healing
A FREE Online Tutorial in Kinesiology
I just stumbled upon it, looking up meridians --so this is NOT a review...
********************************************************************************************************************
edit: I have just put the tutorial into word, and here it is, for those who might like a printed 'manual'. This online stuff is a catch-22! You end up needing adjustments for sure, just from all the study and sitting... but there is such good material out there... I'm often blown away by what people will share. This particular 'course' looks like a good intro to the whole field...to see if you like it--or just to help the family.
Christ Mind--Buddha Body: Alternative Self Healing
A Tutorial in Kinesiology
Buddha body and how to align the three meridians
The master meridian check
Touch (or nearly touch) three places and muscle test:
1. Central Meridian--at the bottom of the neck, (in front) where the little indentation is. This one goes out with dislexia, and has to do with right-left flow.
2. Governing Meridian--Front--the upper lip, just below the nose. The brain and vision.
3. Governing Meridian--Back--the tail bone. This often goes out when riding in a vehicle for extended periods.
What to do if any of the above are weak:
Have the patient hold the left palm over the navel and with the right hand...
1. If Central Meridian is out, rub the bone at the top centre of the chest with a firm right-left motion for about a minute. Test again.
2. If Governing Meridian (Front) is out, rub the upper and lower lip with two fingers, in a circular motion for about a minute. Test Again.
3. If Governing Meridian (Back) is out, rub the tailbone for about a minute. Test Again.

Clearing the way for and invoking the Christ Mind
Muscle test by making the following statements. "Aura in the clear." "Body In the Clear" and "Body willing to tell the truth. If the aura and/or the body is not clear, determine by statement how many entities are in each. (Ex. "One or more in the body... two or more... three or more... etc." )
If any of the positive affirmations fail then you must test to find our the nature of the possessing entity (a spirit of frustration, for example). Then cast it out. An example is "In the name of the Father, in the name of Jesus Christ I bind and cast the spirit of frustration from my aura (body) and send it to the sun to be re-polarized and returned to me as positive energy."
Once the aura and body are clear and you are ready to tell the truth, invoke the mind of Christ, your personal Guardian Angel, your Christ Self. Sample invocation: " In the name of the Mighty I Am Presence, I invoke the presence of my Holy Christ Self, my Guardian Angel, to enter my body and take command of my healing and response to muscle testing."
Now, with mind and body prepared, muscle detection is truly lie detection. Always make the statements you test in the positive. For example, never say, "I have a virus." Say something like "I am free from virus infection." By making a statement of ill-health you could possibly bring it on by affirming it.
The possibilities are endless. The next step is to pursue healing with THE TEN PRIORITY SYSTEM. However, you can test simple things without having to learn any more. For example, you can test whether you should eat a particular food, take a certain supplement, and if so how much. "This body needs this broccoli." "This body needs 1 or more of these vitamin C pills a day... 2 or more..." etc, until you get a weak test.
ONLY when you have understood and mastered everything pointed to on this page, are you ready to try
Testing Using THE TEN PRIORITY SYSTEM For Self-Healing:
Put a condition positively in the circuit, using words that express the positive already-healed sense. (Ex. Say "Freedom from headache in the circuit," and test.) If you feel healthy, you can say "optimal well-being in the circuit" and test. Have the person repeat the following words out loud (or silently, if necessary) and muscle test:
1. "Structural"
2. "Exercise-Rest"
3. "Nutritional"
4. "Cleanse"
5. "Emotional"
6. "Bach"
7. "Electrical"
8. "Chakra"
9. "Spiritual"
10. "Reactive"
Click the first weak priority, complete its process on the sub-page, and return for the next priority--until all priorities are clear. If a condition is clear, that is the most your body wants to process on that issue at the moment. ( Ah!! This explains how it is that something tests clear or correct when it is only partly so. Sem obvious, but wasn’t to me—this testing ‘clear’ was mysterious. I say Was.)
1. The Structural Priority
1. Common Integration Area in the brain (CIA)
Tap behind both ears and test. If either is weak, click the category.
Correcting CIA--Structural Priority
A right-handed person has their CIA point behind the left ear, left handed behind the right ear. Some have mixed dominance and utilize both points as a conduit for information coming into the brain. You could touch each side to see which one(s) are out. To correct, rub in the hollow vigorously for about one minute.
2. Fixation. Hold a black piece of paper (or object) over head and test.
Correcting Fixation--Structural Priority
There is a blockage in the spinal column. Sometimes this is related to a fear of the dark. Back pain or weakness may be present. To correct: shine a penlight between the eybrows (at the third eye). I have had success just pointing my index finger and directing energy. This procedure usually has to be repeated daily for two or three weeks.
3. Cranials. To test: place edge of hand over suture line, going straight up from top of ears.
Correcting Cranial bones--Structural Priority
Between the bones making up the skull are fissures. When a person is under stress these fissures become 'locked'. Locking is sometimes associated with allergies or physical trauma. The fissure lines run along the top of the head from the middle to the front, and up both sides from the tops of the ears to the top of the head. To relieve: separate the bones by firm pressure, using the fingers of two hands.
4. Hiatal Hernia. To test, point all fingers onto the lower sternum.
Correcting Hiatal Hernia--Structural Priority
Hiatal Hernia is where the stomach pushes up through a weak diaphragm. Symptoms often include stomach acid burning the oesophagus. Have the person stand with their back against a wall. Have them take a deep breath. You then push vigorously in and down on the area just below the ribcage. Do this three times. The person may need to practice breathing with the diaphragm to strengthen it so the correction will hold. A trampoline is an excellent exercise device if not used too vigorously. Without it, drink two glasses of water or liquid on an empty stomach and bounce about 25 times up on toes, down on heels.
5. Ileocecal Valve. To test, place palm down over the valve (one inch up from a line between hip bone and pubic bone). This is for a stuck shut valve. Use palm up for stuck open.
Correcting Ileocecal Valve--Structural Priority
The ileocecal valve is the opening between the large and small intestines. It often gets stuck shut or open. It needs to be free to open or shut at appropriate times. Palm down to test for stuck shut, palm up for stuck open. To correct stuck shut valve: apply pressure down and out over valve. To correct stuck open valve: push in and up over area. The location is about 2 inches below the appendix.
6. Houston Valve. To test stuck shut, palm down over abdomen, left kidney area (kink in colon). Stuck open--palm up
Correcting Houston Valve--Structural Priority
The Houston valve is located between the transverse and descending sections of the colon in front of the position of the left kidney. It prevents decaying fecal matter from backing up into the transverse colon. Test for stuck open or shut, as with the ileocecal valve. Correct either using the correction for hiatal hernia.
7. Atlas. To test: place edge of hand at the top of the back of the neck, where the skull joins neck.
Correcting The Atlas Vertebrae--Structural Priority
The atlas is a flat little bone between the neck and the cranium. It could be called the first vertebrae down from the head. Running parallel to the ground, when it gets displaced either to the right or the left, symptoms such as headache and stiff neck occur, often with neck pain. To correct, it must be pushed from the right or the left, back into place. It doesn't take much pressure. Test by running fingers under the cranium toward the centre of the neck from the left and the right saying "direction of correction". The muscle test will be strong in the direction you need to correct. Knuckles resting on the cranium in the back and to the correction side, apply steady medium soft pressure with the thumb, stroking just under the cranium to the centre of the neck three times. Test to see if corrected.
8. Axis. To test: place edge of hand on back of neck (parallel to floor) one inch below where the neck meets the skull.
Correcting The Axis Vertebrae--Structural Priority
The axis is just below the atlas bone in the neck, about a half-inch from where the neck meets the skull. It may have to be corrected by a chiropractor unless you know some Hatha yoga. The shoulder stand and plough poses often work to correct axis problems.
9. Temporal-Mandibular Joint (TMJ). To test: cup fingers together on the joint in front of the ear. Test both sides, with open and closed mouth for interior and exterior muscles.
Correcting TMJ--Structural Priority
The TMJ is like a second brain controlled by 3,000 brain cells. If it is blocked, structural corrections may not hold, because the brain cannot tell the muscles to sustain them. Chronic illnesses and stress may be associated with TMJ blockage. Causes are food allergies, emotional stress, physical trauma, and dental work. If the TMJ is weak with the mouth closed, it can be corrected by heavy pressure at origin and insertion points of the muscle on either side of the joint. If it is weak with the mouth open, the problem is the muscle inside the mouth. If working on someone else, put on a rubber glove and use the index finger to apply heavy pressure to either side of the joint at origin and insertion points. Check emotions to be sure no emotional energy is stored in this joint.
2. Exercise-Rest Priority
Say "Exercise" and test. Then "Rest" and test. If one is weak, test to find out what type of exercise or rest you need, and how long.
3. Nutritional Priority
Test for the two sub-priorities:
1. Meridians
2. Vitamins, Minerals, and Other Nutrents
Balancing Meridians
All the twelve meridians and the three master meridians of chi flow connect and flow into one another. If there is a block in the flow from one meridian to another, the source of the flow develops an over-energy, and the destination meridian develops an under-energy. This can create discomfort and illness in the organs and body.
We can use acupressure to clear these blocks in a very simple fashion. If the word "meridians" tests weak, we then narrow down the portion of the body that needs the acupressure treatment.
Try: forearms, hands, lower legs, feet. Then zero in your test to the portion of those which locates the block. Get within about an inch or so of the location by muscle testing. Massage that point firmly for a minute or so on both sides of the body. Test to see how often and for how long the body wants the treatment.
In more detail:
I usually say "forearms strong", "hands strong", "feet strong", and "lower legs strong" testing the person's arm strength.
When testing myself:
"I grab hold of my left thumb and little finger with my right thumb and fingers trying to squeeze them toward each other while I resist. If the statement I make is false, the left thumb and finger collapse toward each other. Otherwise I can resist."
Then I test portions of the area that tested weak. For example. if forearms come up weak, I test "outside of the arm", "inside of the arm" as I hold it in a specified way. Then I test "closer to the wrist", "closer to the elbow". Then "closer to the middle of the forearm", "closer to the wrist". I Then touch and massage that area of the body until I find a sore point, and say "this is strong" while I test. Usually the sore area will be the area of blockage, and I massage it firmly on both sides of the body for a few minutes with the index and middle fingers. Occasionally the blockage area will not be sore, so I have to narrow it down by pointing and saying "this is strong", "this is strong", and testing. A weak test indicates the area that requires unblocking.
Vitamins, Minerals, and Other Nutrients
(this test method can be speeded up later,I believe)
Test for weakness when you say the name of the nutrient:
Vitamins: B-3, B6, RNA, vitamin A, potassium, sodium, b-complex, calcium, bioflavanoids, iodine, vitamin f (unsaturated fatty acids), vitamin E, phosphorous, HCL, pancreatic enzymes, acidophilus, bifidus, vitamin C, manganese, magnesium, iron, vitamin D, copper, zinc, protein, and any others (including herbs) you deem necessary. Test for dosage and whether you should have them with food, and at what times. Be cautious, and do not exceed recommended dosages.
4. Cleanse Priority
Test for cleansing and detoxification programs. Examples: water fast, juice fast, elimination of a type of food from diet (like sugar), a fast from TV, news fast, silence fast, etc… Test for the length of time. Note that a fast of over three days should be conducted under the supervision of a physician.
5. Emotional Priority
Name the following emotions and test to see whether they are weak:
· fear
· frustration
· overwhelm burden
· anger
· self-image
· envy-jealousy
· resentment-control
· need for approval
· judgment-guilt
This is written as if the patient were you, but may be applied to another. Once you know the emotions in the record that needs to be cleared. Ask "Age of decision (your present age), and below." "(Next decade down) and below." Do this until you get a negative test. Then go up one year at a time until you get a positive test. That is the year of the event influencing your emotional distress. This can go back any number of months into the womb, or even first, second, third, fourth, etc. past lives. State "Mother involved." "Father involved." "Female involved." "Male involved." Test until you find out who was there for the event.
Then try to picture what might have happened involving the emotions. Test to see whether your guess (or direct sense) is true. Use muscle testing to get at the truth. This takes some fine-tuning and often some training. If you felt badly because someone did or said something, put them into your circuit and test to see what they were feeling or had gone through. Often this goes back to their childhood or even past lives. Find out the truth--"the truth shall set you free".
Finally, put "present day into the circuit", and test each of the emotions again, to see if they are clear. If they are not go back and examine the event again to see if something was not understood.
6. Bach Flower (Generational) Priority
Test the following list:
agrimony, aspen, beech, centaury, cerato, cherry plum, chestnut bud, chicory, clematis, crab apple, elm, gentian, gorse, heather, holly, honeysuckle, hornbeam, impatiens, larch, mimulus, mustard, oak, olive, pine, red chestnut, rock rose, rock water, schleranthus, star of bethlehem, sweet chestnut, vervain, vine, walnut, water violet, white chestnut, wild oat, wild rose, willow.
Several may be weak. To bring the healing benefits, the physical remedy does not have to be taken. Just breathe it in as follows. Place your hands palm down over the center of the chest with several fingertips touching. Breathe in and out deeply--three times. On the third outbreath, recite the names of the flowers for which you are weak 3 times. Example: "red chestnut, red chestnut, red chestnut, vine, vine, vine."
The Bach flowers clear emotional energies and blocks passed on to us from past generations. You can test to see how many times a day and how many days you should repeat the breathing in process. Once you get used to the ones that give you trouble, you can test them, even without reading the list.
7. Electrical Priority
There are three subpriorities:
1. The Hyoid Bone
To test: gently move the bone right above the voicebox back and forth and muscle test.
The Hyoid Bone Correction
The hyoid is the only floating bone in the body. It is about 2 inches long, running parallel to the ground, and covers the voicebox, being held in place by three sets of muscles. It can be afflicted when one doesn't feel free to speak. To free it up, you can squeeze toward the center of the afficted muscle, from the origin and insertion points.
Muscles: 1. goes from under to tip of the chin to just above the bone. 2. and 3. go from left and right bottom of the bone
to the left and right collarbone.
2. Figure Eights
To test: say "figure eights strong".
Figure Eight Flows
Figure eight chi flows exist in 9 places on the body. You can test each one by making a figure eight in the region in both directions. If either direction tests weak, trace a figure eight with index and middle finger in the direction the flow was strong. Test to make sure it is corrected. The nine figure eights are: top of head, front of head, back of head, front torso, back torso, front of legs, back of legs, inside hands together--side by side, bottom of feet together--side by side.
3. Ears
To test: look to the sides while turning the head all the way.
Correcting Ears--Electrical
The ears have points relating to every part of the body. If we listen more on one side of the brain than the other, or if we don't listen at all, this may need correction. This often goes out when we hear something we don't want to hear. To correct, pinch firmly around the ears in the direction the head turned for the weak test. Do this three times, then retest.
8. Chakra Priority
The seven chakras are nerve centers along the spine. There are also five secret chakras above you. The names you may recite to test are:
base, seat of the soul, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Then say "chakras above".
If one is weak, meditate on the sun at the location for a few minutes (the sun overhead, if above). It may help to cup your hands in kind of a "satellite dish" formation with the chakra at a focus. If you know the colors of the chakras, you may use them as well. When finished, test to make sure it is strong.
9. Spiritual Priority
One way to further explore this is to say "I think Father-God loves me." "I feel He does." "I think Mother-God Loves me." 'I feel She does." Go back to the age of decision and handle like an emotional priority, recognizing that out mothers and fathers are like God to us when we are children. Finding out the truth about this kind of mistaken placement, can clear spiritual problems. Go back in present time and test again for a positive test. Recognize that your mother and father are not God!
You can also test whether you need the following (or similar) practices:
prayer, meditation, spiritual reading, church or spiritual group attendance, letter to God, spiritual music, tithing or service, spiritual retreat, or commanding your oppressive emotions in line.
10. Reactive Priority
The reactives constitute muscle groups working under the control of right and left brain signals.
To test: palm down over the top of the head, about one inch above. If this is weak, test the person looking at a distance and at your hand in front of their face. Also test while looking to each side and up and down.
To balance: Massage the indentation in the skull, just behind the ears. Retest, and do this for as many days as needed. Also doing cross patterning exercises like bilateral and homolateral cross-crawl may be helpful.
Massage the ears 3 times, if they test weak under the reactive priority.
