Hi Nick,
I am just going to add to what the others have said
since they have offered good advice so no need to
repeat...
I have done the P&Bs and I have done the
Oxypowder .
The
Oxypowder liquifies stuff and is different than
the P&Bs. The P&Bs can be very dehydrating so I want
to emphasize that you must drink and drink and drink.
You will need a lot of water to keep everything moving.
Also, not everyone has the *fabled* mucoid plaque so
like Hopinso warned, do not use the psyllium endlessly
so you do not damage the walls of your intestines
waiting for the mucoid to show...
I am not sure what day you are on MCing but I would
also ask you to consider another option since this is
your first one, and it is to go slower and allow your
body to integrate the changes you have begun to make.
Your detoxing will continue for a little after you
have stopped the cleanse and you will get a chance to
see where you are relative to your colon cleansing.
Were your bowels sluggish prior to MCing?? How are
they now?? Put on your list of considerations a
Liver Flush and a
parasite cleanse in there if you
are wanting to really begin long term good body maintenance.
Also, post-cleanse, you can keep using the lemonade in
a theraputic manner and I believe the cayenne is as good
at blasting out gunk as anything and you get the benefit
of the healing properties at the same time. I can tell a
difference in the quality of my stools the days I take a
good dose of cayenne in lemonade or you can also just add
it to your food. I try to get in a dose everyday.
Anyway, a handful of options for you to consider. I also
second Hopinso's admonition to read up on the P&Bs. There
is lots of reason to be very confident when you begin the
shakes so when things like drying out begins to happen, you
know what to do. For example, the moment your lips begin to
feel dry at all, you are becoming dehydrated. I went from
4-5 BMs a day to 1-2 which was alarming at first until I
remembered, okay, this is normal for this. I did not like it
though. You need to put an hour before and after each shake
without eating anything so 3 a day were, like Pepe said, a
bit to keep up with.
Good luck, and let us know how it goes for you~~
be happy, be well,
Zoe
