I've just done my 4th Liver-Flush 4 days ago. It was the best Liver-Flush i've had yet (thanx to GCG), but now my Acne is worse. Is this normal?? I'm thinking that maybe some toxins got reabsorbed or something. Will this subside?? I heard that your surpose to have an enema or colonix after flushing, but I really don't like the idea of the process. Anyways, just curious to know if this happens to anyone else or if I'm all alone on this one.

LF release toxic material into the intestines and blood, since you have Acne you are already over the toxic threshold and so it would get worse.
That is why the colonics are recommended, even with those people might breakout as well. I would recommend you take more ES, do a SWF, Oxypowder or other, just get that gunk out! Gold coin grass is extremely powerful and would turn a lot more into sludge which wouldn't exit as quickly as a stone.
