Again, I want to think everyone for their protein
info, especially chardy for the 'Shelly's Protein
Shake'. But, is there a nutritional alternative
to the 'pricy' Vanilla Rice Dream shake ingredient?

This is a reply to # 780,978Is Vanilla Rice Dream a rice milk product? If so, you can buy a soy milk maker and make your own. It costs only pennies quart, and you can make it exactly how you want it.

You can get them from lots of places on the web.
It will cost you at least $80 or more to buy a decent one, but it pays for itself pretty fast if you buy soy or rice milk from the store.
