I would like to construct the zapper circuit listed at Bob's website (http://home.rochester.rr.com/bkdavis/zappers.html). However, I would like to add the 4049 inverter IC he refers to. Problem is, I don't know where the 4049 goes in the circuit. Would some kind soul do a 'paper napkin' drawing with the 4049 added in? Please provide a link to the drawing / schematic. The original schematic can be found by going to Bob's website (URL above) and clicking on underlined 'Schematic of my universal zapper'.
