I have enjoyed reading your posts and have a question. I recently purchased some Colosan, it was much more economical than
Oxypowder , but works in a similar way. Right now I am trying to find the correct dose that will provide relief, but also allow me to work in a highly structured work place where bathroom breaks are allowed only during designated break times. Friday was the first time I took a dose, the results where quite good, I had a high fat meal and Saturday's eliminations looked almost like I had done a liver flush. Saturday I had juice and fresh fruit, and no eliminations at all today (Sunday). I would like to do a liquid diet for a couple of weeks, but wonder if this will work well with the Colosan. To make matters even more difficult I have nerve damage from a spinal injury and use a wheelchair much of the time, I must use a walker or cane for support the rest of the time. Frequent bathroom trips are difficult and painful even at home. Still, I have noticed a increase in pain and weakness when constipated (which is most of the time) and really want to try this oxygen and magnesium cleanse. The senna and Cascara Sagrada based cleansers cause incredible pain and fiber based cleanses make matters worse, my body does not seem to tolerate much fiber right now, although I had wonderful success with it before this most recent injury. Could you give me some advice on how to proceed with this colon cleanse? Thank you for your time and advice.
By the way, I used
Oxypowder last spring and had fairly good results. However, things gradually got worse again. How long can we cleanse with magnesium based products, not just maintenance doses, but cleansing doses?
PS-you look so much like my Naturopath I had to look twice to make sure it wasn't him :)
