I've been really impressed with reflexology too!  It has been known to ( for instance) stop a gallbladder/liver attack that was almost flattening a person--and get the body back on track. I had a book I referred to so much it all fell into pieces. One thing that's important-- Make sure you do both hands (or feet) Even if the tender areas are only noticeable in one. If not, you'll just be *shifting trouble around..* And better not to dig too deeply, nor work too long, especially at the beginning, so as not to overwhelm the system.  Some people get really into it, and forget that it is such a powerful thing.

A pencil eraser (the kind that is on the end of the pencil) is a good tool to get into the points, and soften them, up without being too intense.
