Fasting during the winter is not fun. Toooooo cold and big lack of produce in some areas. However, I've been feeling particularly run down this last month (thanks to poor eating) and will be starting a fast in the next couple of days. Looking forward to feeling healthy again, but NOT looking forward to the cold and lack of variety.- Re: where is everybody? ladylemon

I am glad I will not be alone. I am up in Maine. Even though today was warm, I can look forward to freezing cold weather. I badly need to fast. I know that you have fasted for extremely long periods of time in the past, I admire you, I just don't know how you do it.
