The only thing that would interfere with HUMAWORM is taking psyllium OR bentonite clay too soon after taking the HUMAWORM capsules. This is because the herbal chemicals need the chance to get into the body in order to work properly. If psyllium or clay is taken, they will just soak up the herbal "poisons" before they can get the chance to be distributed in the body. This is why P&B shakes or psyllium based colon cleansers are taken 2-4 hours after taking HUMAWORM.

As for foods - eat whatever you like. HUMAWORM will work with any diet. Natural foods (without those weird food preservative chemicals) are always best beacause the body can process them better. Many folks find that after parasite cleansing, their sugar and starch cravings go away - diets are easier to stick to and they have more energy.
