I received my 30 day supply yesterday evening - thanks!
This morning was my first dose. You say to wait 30 minutes to eat after taking Humaworm.
What I'm wondering is - how long should I wait after eating to take my evening Humaworm? 4 hours? 30 minutes?
Also, how long after drinking water/juice/etc and taking Humaworm?
Also, is it okay if I have a glass of red wine tonight?

MoreThis is a reply to # 769,778Hello - Wait at least 2 hours after eating. You want the parasites to be "hungry". Some parasites absorb nutrients through their skin - they also absorb the herbal poisons in the same manner. This is why HUMAWORM is taken before or several hours hours after eating.
The wine is no problem!
