You don't have to do water but I am.
I have done 21 days water and then in between.
My diet is poor now and so is my self esteem.
Measurements 37c - 30- 40
Goal weight: 165 ish and a size 9/10
I would like to drop 20 lbs and go down to a size ten, then begin to tone up again. I am naturally curvy and carry my weight well so I don't think dropping to a size 6 is for me. Took me yrs t except I am a tall big curvy gal.
