A few weeks ago I posted that my R.N. friend was asking me for natural ways to deal with an ingrown hair/infected follicle on her leg. Of course she was prescribed Antibiotics for this....she didn't want to take them & asked me what to do(yeah, I was kind of shocked...)
Well, I gave her some oregano oil to apply to the affected area...the infection cleared right up! :)
Now she's expressing interest in Liver Flushing & other cleanses! :D
Keep talking, folks. So often what we've learned falls on deaf ears, it can become quite disenheartening...
You never know, though, when people WILL listen, or how long it's going to take for them to consider other possibilities! Don't give up!

Isn't that the truth? And isn't it funny that sometimes the ones that come around are those that we thought wouldn't?
And you're right on about the "gentle touch". I definitely adopt a different tone when talking with those who are firmly on the "other side"...
BTW, she's a home-care nurse....deals with REALLY sick people...she told me that it's considered to be o.k. to have a BM every few days or so....eek! - Good going, WOM!!! Hidden Username

Yes, darlin', I got the book and it LOOKS fabulous! We are just now getting into cooking season here...right now, it's raining for the first time in MONTHS...Up til now, it's still been in the 70's during the day, so I have been successful at dodging cooking:)

(I kind of resent this and told them to do their own research cause I have put so much into this and they have never believed I had dire health issues, so touche!)

This is a reply to # 766,411My mother just told me, she saw an infomercial about colon cleansing. On TV! Cleansing! Health problems are always a biggie as we age, and people suffering will try new things now.
After my sister, brother and I started researching health- even she is convinced of the dangers of Vaccines and she is old generation who vaccinated all of her kids.
She grew up on raw milk, and her health has been great, but she is seeing as we all are a high rate of autism and general sickness in folks.
