If the cyst is affecting her hormone levels, you may see some improvements after it is drained. In women a hormone imbalance can trigger all sorts of emotional imbalances that can include emotionally triggered binge eating. You can't really preach, criticize or force her to change her habits; all too often that approach will make her go in the opposite direction and eat even more. The example that you have made by turning your health around is the best you can probably do until she is ready to admit she must change her life and asks for help.
Yogi makes a peach detox tea that is pretty good. Pom makes a tea blend with pomegranite that contains a lot of anti-oxidants. Its pretty expensive (at least for me) at $2.50 a glass, but it sure is good. Both of these may help improve the immune system. If she is open to it, an Essaic tea would be good for the HPV. However, I would suggest she take a regular course of olive leaf capsules for the HPV. Just the thought that it might cause cancer down the road should be enough incentive to get her to take a few capsules everyday to keep the viral load down.
