Time to get back to business,

My results are in and the numbers don’t lie! But what are they telling us? The Fruit Company, a mail order gift company selling in their own words:
“ The quality of the fruit is fabulous; the pressure is firm, the sugar brix are high, pulling from the nutrient-rich volcanic soils.”

So what are these high birx readings? Just how much money does it cost to get this “fabulous fruit”? and the million dollar question, just what do they consider high brix readings?
