The other day, I had to "go" and I realized that I wasn't digesting olive oil. Now I'm sure I don't have a problem digesting fats in avocados and nuts, stools are pretty normal. But the olive oil pretty much came out in the same form that it went in.
I know this can't be good. I stopped eating dressed salads for a while, so I'm guessing my body wasn't used to it right away (raw vegan). However, I ate some again last night and no problems.
Just wondering if this is really bad.
Also, I've done something else to screw myself up. I haven't had time to get good sleep, so I've been enjoying a cup a green tea in the am. I HATE caffeine but I didn't have a better choice. Goji berries worked for a while but started to wear off. I tried to stop drinking green tea for a few days, and my eliminations greatly decreased (H20 intake is normal). What can I take that isn't addicting for my intestinal muscles to get back to normal?
