Does anyone know the size and weight of a liver & gallblader that don't have stones in them versus ones that have stones in them?
I'm wondering how BIG our gallbladders and livers must be if we have all this stuff in them! And if they're bigger than they should be, how much added weight is simply carried in the liver and gallbladder!!!!- Re: Liver & Gallbladder weights? grzbear

MoreThis is a reply to # 761,347Maybe someone can up for an answer for you... my father who has had amyloid since the mid-80's has a liver that has grown all kinds of which ways and several times larger than it should be.
I have not studied this to find out why, but it may give you some food for thought.
