A normal dentist will not see the value in replacing your fillings, and in most cases will mock you for asking.
Removing your fillings has to be done by a specialist that is knowledgeable to do "hazardous material" removal in your mouth. It is never covered by insurance (the reason I haven't been able to do it).
You can call your dentist, and ask, but brace yourself for the reply. Maybe you have a holistic dentist? That would be great, then they can direct you.
We have just started finding out all the things OP can do. It can't hurt you, and can only help you. Each person experiences different things with it. And it seems now, different oils can also cause different healing in the same person. It seems so complicated, for this very very simple process.
You will be experimenting just like us, so please, report back if you have any improvements, and with which oils, done at what time of the day...etc, etc...
It's the only way we are learning. We are basically now making it up as we go. And we are being quite silly in between.
