MoreI just got a filling last week and have been concerned about returning to oil-pulling with it being so new. Anyone have any ideas on if there would be any danger of the oil-pulling affecting the filling?

MoreThis is a reply to # 756,166the oil is just food. if anything goes wrong witht he dental work, it is on the dentist. but it wont. dont deprive yourself. in fact, after having a dentist in your mouth, that would be the very best time to pull! i would have done it on the way home(or as soon as the novacain wore off).

I had to have 2 shots to deaden the area for drillin'...afterward I was thirsty
and had to tip my head over so that the water would not fall out of my mouth on
its own since there wasnt any feeling to control it with.
I cant imagine oil-pulling in the car under those circumstances...like Molly
suggested, it would make a good movie, but something I imagine those Jackass guys
doing. Oil drool...blech!
Alrighty then, I'll resume my beloved oil-pulling~~! Thanks for the smiles and the reassurance.
