hey NorthCoast Man looks like i just missed u!
yes i did order the protein powder from accross the pond over a week ago but still no sign of it! must take a while to ship over i guess!
well im at uni at the mo so for lunches i usually have a salad at the cafeteria and herbal tea (TEA BAG TYPE) sometimes i might have a jacket potato with tuna...its hard to eat healthily on campus unless i bring in a packed lunch???
im lookin really to ''bulk'' up as i am lean and skinny at the mo but dont really wont to lose my defintion if u know what i mean...
i think i will try your protein smoothie each morning and then possibly have the hemp protein powder with a juice inbetween my lunch and dinner or after training and see how that goes...
to be honest its almost impossible with a students budget and planning to be as healthy as some of the curezoners on here! but i will do my best to make my juices... eat raw nuts seeds and veg... keep my meat to organic... and drink alot of pure water with
Sea Salt ...
im also starting another
Oxypowder regime this friday and am doing 2 bottles back to back to really get cleaned up... my theory is the cleaner the bowels the more efficiently they will uptake the protein and the bigger the gains i will get compared to someone with the typical ''western'' bowel...at least i hope this will be the case!
