I've read through the posts and am a little confused as far as the cayenne pepper. Is it good to put more in the lemonade if I can tolerate it? The book says 1/10 of a tsp, how much should I go up to? What benefit does adding more cayenne have? Thanks!
I try to put in as much as I can tolerate. I remember zoebess (where's she been lately?) saying that the lemonade is just a delivery system for the cayenne, and that the cayenne is what is getting all the gunk out.
