Today is day 4 of my period. I've been OPing for just over two weeks.
For the first time in my life, my period is achy down there for longer than the first day. Normally, I would be in PAIN the day before or the day of my period starting.
Basically, I'm still aching in my uterus area; and as I mentioned, today is day 4 and it's been aching for 4 days now. I've also noticed that my flow is much stronger than normal and it's all bright red.
Okay, so now I've been graphic with you. Hope you can handle it. ;-)
My question is this: What is going on?
Is it possible that the OPing has caused my own body to more efficiently dump toxins that it might not have been dumping in the past? Is it essentially happily dumping toxins that my female parts might have been hanging onto in the past? I don't know, I've been think about this a bit, since something does seem to be happening, and I'm taking it as a good thing, but I'm curious as to what might be happening.
Also of note - my PMS was much less and more bearable this month. Much less bloating - basically only bloated the day my period came.
Have any of you other women experienced any interesting period "stuff" that you haven't thought to mention?
