Hello ladies and gentlemen(?)
This is the 4th day for me. Not quite liquid fasting all the way though. I am chewing one vegetable meal a day. So far, butternut squash and onion (heated, not "cooked".
Otherwise I am drinking 2 fruit juices that I juice myself and 1 veggie juice. I know that I should drink more veggie juices, but I'm not really enjoying them. Okay, tonight when I get home, I'll have another. Sheesh, you guys are ruthless. lol
I am walking/running with my dog once in the morning once at night, I think it's about 1 1/2 miles.
I have lost 7
pounds so far. I need to lose 35 more to my goal.
I've detoxed before and had the headaches, tiredness and oh so tired weak muscles. I'm not sure if it will be that drastic for me this time around. We'll see.
How are you guys doing? Did anyone try that
http://www.fitday.com it has a food and exercise journal in it, even tells you how much nutrients and calories is in everything for you. You have to sign up, so far no pop ups and no junkmail from it.
