Well, my face Acne seems to be coming back. On day 3 OPing, it was really bad. Then it cleared up completely.

Until yesterday. Now it's back. I'm almost done with week 2 of OPing (today's day 12). I'm wondering if:

It's pushing out a new level of toxin;
I need to change oils;
Some sort of food allergy (it could be wheat or dairy - I had kept both out of my diet for a few weeks and then had both of them over the last few days);
I'm just heavily toxic; or
something else.

Due to the new skin eruptions, I decided to also do my first ever liver cleanse tomorrow. I'm a bit scared, but I do hope it helps.

Any thoughts?
